Many joined Dave throughout the day, either joining him in the outfit or holding signs like this

This was the main stage for the TASSC event. Behind it was a cage where a mock torture was staged

Here is an example of the mock torture. The event lasted 24 hours, and people rotated in and out of the cage.

The civil disobedience action begins.

Many of these people showed solidarity with those who ultimately were arrested. The action began with a picket of the White House.

The arrest took about 20 minutes total. While waiting, symbolic gestures were made like this one with protesters facing the White House.
